About Alicja

Ā

With over 15 years in strategy, partnerships, and leadership across diverse sectors — from private enterprise to non-profits, multilateral organizations like the United Nations, and financial institutions — I’ve always been passionate about unlocking human potential. Throughout these roles, I often saw change efforts focus on systems, processes, and structures, yet the deepest lever for transformation lay elsewhere: in how people think, perceive, and approach challenges.

This realization has become even more urgent in today’s era of technological disruption and complexity, where creativity and adaptability are vital. My doctoral research explores what enables individuals to access higher levels of creative capacity and how we can cultivate cognitive flexibility and optimal emotional states to unlock breakthrough ideas.

MetaSia is the applied venture that translates these insights into practice. Its flagship initiative, the Maximising Creative Capacity Programme, is a science-based training model designed to help people move beyond limiting patterns and access the elevated states where original thinking, insight, and innovation naturally emerge.
